When we provide your team with real-time crisis support, we track mainstream media, social media sites, blogs, chat rooms and activist websites, among others. We analyze coverage as it happens, and use that data to recommend adjustments to communications strategies.
We also offer media and social media monitoring services on an ongoing (non-crisis) basis. For a small monthly or annual fee, we will track relevant media coverage and social sites, then analyze it and provide regular reports to your management team. The reports will both summarize activity and provide recommendations on addressing any emerging trends or issues that may affect your organization’s reputation.
